Research At Eyology.com (Grand Medicine), we are actively engaged in research at several levels, from basic and simple observation over time, to complex statistical studies. We have no philosophy or preconception on doing Eyology science: what we find is whatever we find. We have noticed certain integrity in the old expression, "The macrocosm is seen in the microcosm" - embodied being is apparently visible in the eye. In what ways and to what degree are the subjects of our study.
The composite image shown here was taken with the same camera system at the same time of day in the same room and under similar conditions. The subject was engaged in a 30-day juice fast. The upper portion of the image represents day 15 and the lower, day 30. Notice the difference in the markings (arrows) within the two sittings, especially their thickness.
Other sclera Quadrants in this case show similar changes, an apparent brightening, although at varying levels of intensity. Some markings changed, others (especially the smaller Conjunctiva lines) did not seem to - or if they did, the changes were imperceptible. We are studying their possible meanings. We can easily imagine the changes representing cleansing. Whatever they actually represent, the sclera is clearly showing change. Our research results are reported in the industry quarterly, Eyology Journal.
